Fielding Estate Winery is nestled on Niagara's Beamsville Bench complete with rolling hills and a breath taking view on Lake Ontario. Curtis and Heidi Fielding, along with Niagara born winemaker, Richie Roberts, have lead Fielding Winery to numerous awards after only five years in production. Annually the Grape Grower's of Ontario select a Grape Grower of the Year (aka Grape King) and Curtis Fielding was selected to represent for the 2012/13 season. This accolade is awarded to grape growers who exemplify excellence and sustainability in Ontario's Grape Growing Industry.
Special selection, not featured in WineCollective packages, but too good not to share! Selected from multiple vineyards, each parcel was harvested separately, based on the flavours that had developed and the natural acidity in the grapes. Fermented in stainless steel. Serve at 8C between 2014 and 2018.

Peaches and citrus fruits. Distinct minerality on the nose.
An off dry style, with lively acidity to balance the wine. Orchard peaches and candied citrus, lime, pink grapefruit and orange marmalade. A fresh and flavourful finish.
