De Perrière has been producing with traditional production methods for decades. This Blanc de Blancs Brut is from the chateau in Mâcon. De Perriere Blanc de Blancs Brut is made from Chardonnay, and varietals lesser recognized internationally, Ugni Blanc and Colombard. They are grown from vineyards designated under AOC Crémant de Bourgogne. In addition to Burgundy, the same company owns sparkling wine production in other French regions of Beaujolais, Languedoc-Roussillon and the Rhône Valley.
