Okanagan Valley, Canada

Winning a plethora of medals and awards each year, the Pinot Blanc is a staple wine at Lake Breeze - their 'go-to'. Taking home Gold Medal at both the All Canadian Wine Championship and BC Wine Awards, and Silver Medals at the Los Angeles International Wine Competition and Cascadia Wine Competition - this wine is BEST IN SHOW!
Pinot Blanc is often comparred to Chardonnay - they are both very versatile wine varietals. Pinot Blanc is actually a mutation of Pinot, with the same genetics as Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. It is commonly used for still wine, ranging from dry to sweet, and even sparkling. Most common in northern France, the climate in the Okanagan is not too far off from its native home. Although the BC representation of the varietal is unique, you can draw similar qualities to wines of Alsace and Alto Adige. Enjoy by 2020 and chill to 8 C.
Soft, light, buttery yellow.
The Lake Breeze Pinot Blanc is intensely fruity and aromatic. Orchard fruits, pear water and white blossoms are billowing out of the glass, but with elegance and nuance.
The flavours and aromas of crisp apple and tropical fruits are complimented by more flinty notes from the fruit grown in the Similkameen valley. The result is a wine with great complexity and balance. Consistently clean, crisp and fresh.
Seafood, salads, fruit and lighter cheeses.
