Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay
Alc. 13 %
Dominated by the Semillon component, this dry white, once called white Burgundy, is a fruit salad blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Fresh sherbet lemon aromas with a herbal twist from the Sauvignon Blanc lead into a ripe, peachy fruitiness that’s soft and juicy with a mouthwateringly refreshing zing.
This attractive, fragrant blend is named as a tribute to great-aunt Ottilie Mathilde ‘Tilly’ Henschke, one of the many remarkable women of the era where daily life was a far cry from the ease of today.
89 Points, Ray Jordan The West Australian
This is predominantly sauvignon blanc and semillon with lesser amounts of other varieties. It's fragrant with lifted honeysuckle scents. The palate carries good weight with a crisp clean finish. Always a consistent value for money wine sourced from the Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley. (89 points)

This white is replete with apples, pomelo, grapefruit and some light herbal elements. The palate’s full, showing lots of crunchy yellow and some green fruit and a fruit-forward finish.
Brilliant, pale straw-gold with lime-green hues.
Attractive, fragrant aromas of guava, white nectarine, yellow apple and gooseberry, with floral hints of white petals and clover blossom, and underlying notes of sherbet, lemon curd and lime leaf.
The textural palate is full of rich stone-fruit and apple flavours, with hints of nashi pear, white currant, mint and lime leaf, supported by a ripe citrus acidity. A wine that shows excellent shape and balance as well as a long, lingering and flavourful finish.
Grilled lemongrass chicken.
