Smell
Bold and energetic, this red blend displays aromas of anise, with a lightly perfumed floral note of violets and a crushed granite minerality.
Taste
A beautiful full-bodied blend of earthiness, spice and fruit with notes of olive, cocoa powder, black currant and black cherry. Delicate on the finish with perfectly integrated flavours and complexity.
Pairing
The wine pairs with perfectly grilled spare ribs, tomato-sauced pizza and pasta dishes, as well as grilled portobello mushrooms.

Description
California is vast and diverse in the soil types and microclimates that different American Viticultural Areas (AVAs) possess, and as a result produces wines of great quality from a variety of different grapes. Integration aims to unite this diversity into its blend, creating a wine from three distinct grape varieties from regions within California where these grow best. This unique blend was created as essentially equal parts of Merlot (36%), Zinfandel (30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (34%). The winemakers at Integration believe that all things are connected through harmony. In the words of the winemaker: "Integration is not simply about wine. It is about everyone and everything involved in the crafting of wine, an experience that is perfected by adding you. This combination of energy, integrity and passion is true integration.
