Bila-Haut by Michel Chapoutier Cotes du Roussillon Villages
Deep garnet red in color, this blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan offers aromas of black cherry. On the palate, the wine is fleshy and well-structured — a nice expression of the terroir in the Roussillon area.
Chappellet Mountain Cuvee Proprietor's Blend
Blended from the traditional Bordeaux varietals, including our own coveted grapes, the Chappellet Mountain Cuvee Proprietor's Blend builds on our five decades of experience crafting great Napa County mountain-grown wines. Each component varietal in the cuvée contributes to nuances that complement each other. The result is a complex array of aromas and flavors that deliver pure pleasure in a glass. Made for more near-term enjoyment, this is the wine to choose when you're looking for vivid, mouthfilling fruit flavors.
Castello di Monsanto Chianti Classico Riserva
Estate-grown, hand-harvested grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with approximately 18 days maceration. During fermentation, delestage and pumping-over takes place twice a day. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into 500-liter French oak barrels and smaller 225-liter barriques where it matures for about one year. Aged further in bottle before release.
