The Rules for Interprovincial Shipping Continue to Change
The Supreme Court ruling on the Comeau case regarding interprovincial shipment of alcohol was recently released and the verdict will affect our ability to ship to certain provinces. The Supreme Court ruled to uphold the ability for each province to restrict imports of alcohol from other provinces. You can read more about the ruling directly from the Supreme Court site.
If you reside in a province where importing alcohol from other provinces is restricted, we regrettably will not be able to ship to you. We are continuing to review the details of the verdict and will be adjusting operations as needed, based on each province’s laws.
