We fell in love with Costers del Sió's Celestia wines when we first tasted them, so we're excited to share this blend of juicy Tempranillo (Spain's most important red) and peppery Syrah.
Pairing
Tempranillo and lamb are a match made in heaven - pair this with grilled chops or lamb souvlaki to highlight the wine's herbal notes.
Aromas and Flavours
Raspberry
Tangy or sweet, juicy or tart: more sophisticated than a strawberry, but just as lush.
