The Ultimate Choice Membership

The Ultimate Choice Membership price is $10 per month, with your payment processed on the 15th of each month. Please note, you will not receive a physical copy of your membership card.

The Ultimate Choice Membership gets you access to member pricing in our online store, where you get access to wines that are exclusive to WineCollective and not available anywhere else, and purchase them at 20% off retail.

Your first $10 Ultimate Choice Membership payment will be processed on the day you purchase the membership, and last until the 15th of the next month - with subsequent Ultimate Choice Membership payments processed on the 15th of each month. Billing for the membership will continue to occur monthly on the 15th, until you cancel.

Shipping on orders is based on your location. Orders are shipped within 5 business days of when the order is placed.

There may be additional charges to ship based on your location. We ship all packages with either Loomis or Canada Post. If you are located in a rural community or remote location, we will ship to you using Canada Post. If you have a preference of courier, let us know, and we will update your shipping method for you.

Someone over the legal drinking age in the recipient province/territory must be present to sign for the delivery. If you reside in a province where importing alcohol from other provinces is restricted, you will not be able to order from WineCollective.

Alternatively, you can pick up at our store in Calgary, Highfield! Located at: 22, 1259 Highfield Crescent SE. If you are an existing member that would like to pick-up your package, please get in touch with us.

There is currently no limit on the amount of bottles of wine you can purchase in a single order.

Your order will arrive with only the bottles of wine purchased from the WineCollective store - however, some mixed packs may come with additional items (i.e., Wine Guide). What is included in a mixed pack will be provided in the product information.

No additional fees required to cancel your membership. You only pay the $10 monthly membership and the bottles of wine that are delivered directly to your door. Please note, there are no maximum or minimum orders required.

Cancelling orders: Once you have selected and paid for wines from the WineCollective store, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final.

Damaged products: Our custom built compostable pulp packaging rarely allows for a broken bottle. However, now and then, due to shipping or weather, bottles do arrive damaged. Should your shipment arrive in pieces, please email the wine’s details and a photo of the broken bottle to thecellar@winecollective.ca within 30 days of receiving your shipment, we will happily work out a solution with you. Additionally, If your bottle has been corked and the wine’s taste and aroma altered, contact us at thecellar@winecollective.ca within 30 days of receiving your shipment to make arrangements to ensure we can make it right for you!
