Description
Bodegas Francisco Gómez is a vineyard located close to the city of Villena, in Valencia. There have been grapes grown and wine made in Valencia for several thousand years. Strangely, after all that time, the wines are not as well known internationally as they should be, based on their quality.
At Bodegas Francisco Gómez, all of the grape growing and wine production follows the strict rules of organic and biodynamic farming practices. Their wines are certified by the EU as organic, vegan, and kosher. The bodegas does not use chemicals, toxins, pesticides, or GMO products, as they have a great respect for the environment. Their farm is in an ideal valley location, protected by mountains, where the climate is Mediterranean; winters are cold and the summers are hot. There is a unique microclimate and a rich biodiversity here - perfect for growing grapes.
This wine should be served at 16 C, and can be enjoyed now or cellared until 2025.

Tangy or sweet, juicy or tart: more sophisticated than a strawberry, but just as lush.

Fresh B.C. cherries out of the back of a truck, all eaten before you can get them home!
Plum
Sweet, fruity and sensual, similar stone fruit aromas to a peach, but without the 'fuzziness'.
Tobacco
The smell of a freshly rolled cigar, slightly sweet, and earthy - just like Grandpa's hugs.
Pepper
A whiff of a freshly used pepper grinder - spicy and fresh, without the itchy nose.
