Smooth and supple. Firm backbone of blackcurrants, cassis and hints of saddle. Firm and taut with classic Bordeaux flavours of leather, cassis, and a dense earthiness. The Queryrens family has passed down from generation to generation, the knowledge and know-how to produce such classic examples of Bordeaux year after year. They also own the prestigious Chateau du Pin-Franc, and also Chateau du Tich in Sainte Croix du Mont.

Aromas and Flavours
Plum
Sweet, fruity and sensual, similar stone fruit aromas to a peach, but without the 'fuzziness'.
Blackberry
A little sweet, a little tart, this black fruit is rather quiet but persistent.
Bell pepper
Fresh green, herbaceous notes in wine - a little is desired, a lot, not so much.
Black currant
