Description
This is (sadly) the last vintage of Sauvignon Blanc that the Hasher family was able to make from this excellent vineyard, inspiring the cheeky name - the fat lady has sung! We snapped up as much as we could get.
Pairing
Comparable in weight and intensity to Sancerre, this full-throttle white will pair beautifully with a creamy risotto with spring peas.
