Fermented and aged in concrete vats, this Garnacha from Navarra's Bodega Tandem (which means "at last") is a pure, concentrated expression of one of Spain's most important red grapes.
Pairing
Garnacha is very food-friendly, and this example would work with anything from BBQ chicken thighs to roast pork tenderloin.
